As part of moving email and web services from hardy.math.okstate.edu to cauchy.math.okstate.edu each user will need to make some changes in their method of access to email. The details are explained in the two documents attached below.

The first document covers the changes most users will need to make. The second is a tutorial for setting up Thunderbird. The tutorial was written for the current email system but changes for the new server cauchy.math.okstate.edu are indicated throughout. In screen shots replace mail.math.okstate.edu by cauchy.math.okstate.edu. If you are currently using Thunderbird with mail.math.okstate.edu, you can simply change the settings to cauchy.math.okstate.edu. You may receive a certificate error. This is happening because we have not generated a new certificate for cauchy.math.okstate.edu. Accept the certificate.
