How Do I Log Out From an X-terminal?

To log out you must first close all running applications -i.e. close all windows. If you type in exit at the prompt the window will close. From a color x-terminal select Exit Fvwm and then Yes, Really Quit from the Main Menuwindow manager to quit your window manager.

On a black and white X-terminal go to the WindoeMgr menu on the NCD User Services Console. Click on the button next to the window manager thant is checked. Then select Logout... from the Login menu.
