Verle Dean Brown, Strategic Planner, CIA

Verle was intrigued by a CIA interview during his Ph.D. work, and started working for them in computer science. From there, he has gone into general management, which gave him the opportunity for several international trips. As part of the White House Exchange Program for Industry, he spent a year at McDonnell Douglas in St.\ Louis. Verle also currently teaches one course per semester in either calculus, elementary statistics, or basic math at the Washington, D.C. center of the University of Virginia. He plans to concentrate on teaching after he retires in six years.
