FUNCTION: LieTools/HHWVsN2Np1
USAGE: HHWVsN2Np1(n,hfwgt,hwv)
SYNOPSIS: HHWVsN2Np1(n,hfwgt,hwv) determines the  highest weights and
  the harmonic highest weight vectors in S^{n+1}[g] that 
  lie in the ideal in S[g] that is generated by the g-submodule 
  of S^n[g] generated by the highest weight vector hwv.
CAVEATS: requires a previously initialized global Lie algebra environment.
