FUNCTION: LieTools/SgProject2LaplacianNS
USAGE: SgProject2LaplacianNS(plist);
SYNOPSIS: SgProject2LaplacianNS(plist) will produce a basis for the kernel of 
  the g-invariant Laplacian within the span of the polynomials in plist.
CAVEATS: requires a previously initialized global Lie algebra environment.
  (See LieTools[gSetup].)
EXAMPLE:

> gSetup(A,2):

> s2m := SgMkZeroWgtMonos(2);
