How to register for Course Compass and access our MyMathLab course: This PowerPoint presentation steps you through the registration process.

 

Installation Wizard: Go here to install the necessary plug-ins to use MyMathLab on another computer, or follow the link from our MyMathLab course main page. You must be on a computer running Windows, and you must use Internet Explorer.

Other Troubleshooting:

 

Error loading video?  Try this possible solution.
If you try to watch a video, but you get a white screen that asks you to install Quicktime 5 or later, try this fix.

1. Right click on that white screen with the error on it; choose Connection Speed.  With the pull-down menu, change from "Automatic" to "1.5 Mbps T1 / Intranet / LAN" (or, if you are at home, choose whatever connection best fits your situation.)
2. Close the window with that error and try launching the video again.
