Travel to Oklahoma State University

| Oklahoma State Univeristy is located in the town of Stillwater, which is some 80 miles from the closest airports in Oklahoma City (OKC) and Tulsa (TUL).
We ask that participants give preference to flying through Oklahoma City, in order to better co-ordinate ground transportation to and from the airports. In the interests of logistics, we strongly recommend that participants do not book flights that arrive after 10pm, or depart before 10am. If conflict is unavoidable, please contact us before confirming travel arrangements to ascertain ground transportation options. |

The conference will run private shuttles for participants, as there are no public services. The allocation of participants to shuttles has been forwarded by email - please reply with any adjustments required. The schedule of trip times is as follows: |

Please note, this is a different route to that previously posted, as I-244 W has been reopened. The return trip to the airport will now be disrupted due to works on I-244 E. Please follow this alternate route. Please see the Campus Map for designated parking areas and campus entry points. If you are planning to hire a car and drive from either airport, please advise the organizers if you are willing to offer transport to other participants. |

| The talks will be held in Auditorium 035 on the basement level of Murray Hall, which is a short walk from the Mathematical Sciences building and the on-campus accommodations. Conference participants have access to both the campus WiFi network and a computer lab (with printer.) Participants staying in the Suites will need their own CAT5 network cable if they wish to access internet in their rooms (WiFi is available in the lounge areas only.) |
