	Seventy-Fifth Meeting

All meeting events except the Integration Bee will be in the OSU Student Union. Below you will find information about driving to Stillwater, finding your way around, getting to the campus and the Student Union, parking, and so forth.

Note: Many maps of the OSU campus including some on OSU websites are outdated. Recent construction and renovations of buildings such as the Student Union may not be shown.

• Online Meeting Registration
  Click on the link above for information about using the online registration and a link to the online registration site.  For email/mail registration there is a form. The deadline for banquet and luncheon reservations has been extended until Monday, April 1 at 5 pm online and April 2 at noon by email.
• Parking

  Parking on campus is regulated between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. Vehicles without permits which are parked in campus parking lots will be ticketed. The OSU Mathematics Department staff will have one day permits available. If you know that you will need to park on campus on Friday, you can request a permit with your meeting registration. (The meeting is being charged for each permit. Please only request a permit if it will be used.) Permits may also be obtained at the meeting. Permits are valid for parking lots designated for staff and commuter students. See the map for parking lots near the Student Union. The staff lot 32 and student lot 12 south of University Avenue are likely to have spots open. Guests of the Atherton Hotel pay \$10 per day for parking in the Student Union garage.

• Registration Table, Book Exhibits, and Meeting Rooms

  When you arrive at the Student Union, take one of the north elevators to the 4th floor. The meeting registration table will be located near the elevators in the Veterans Lounge. There you can pickup meeting information, parking permits, and pay for registration and meals that you have reserved. The registration area will be open Thursday, April 4, 4pm-6pm, Friday, April 5, 8am-5pm, and Saturday, April 6, 8am-11am.

  Book exhibits and some refreshments will be available in the Starlight Terrace on the 4th floor. Four of the rooms for the sessions are also on the 4th floor. Two others and the rooms for the luncheons and banquets are on the second floor. The plenary addresses will be presented in the Student Union Theater. Signs will posted to help you locate the rooms and floorplans will be available.

• Hotels

  Ten hotels are holding blocks of rooms for the meeting and some are providing discounted rates. Some hotels are only holding rooms for a few weeks. See the list for details and see the map for the locations.

• Dining

  A list of selected restaurants around Stillwater and a map is included in the meeting materials. There is also a food court on the first floor of the Student Union. Stillwater has many fast food, buffet and other dining options that are not included on the provided list. These are concentrated along Perkins Road, Hall of Fame, Main, Sixth, and Washington streets.
