This is an example of what can be done with the FCKeditor. I wrote this as I was experimenting with it.
The FCKEditor is missing any way to change the actual font. What happens if switch to source in order to choose a different font.

Now I am going to type some lines without using the enter key. That way we will know how lines are being broken by the editor. The width of the window is very large so it is going to take several sentences to see what is going on here. So far this editor seems to have the nice property that it uses only very simple formatting techniques. I need to try the lists, indent and justified text also.
Now we have three items. Turning off the list mode affects the current line. Now we try a bulletted list.
if I turm it off this should not be bulletted. That works as expected.
